Win Back Your Time with Resilience

Close-up of a clock face symbolizing time, focus, and resilience

A few years ago, I was stuck in a draining cycle of never-ending meetings, which often left me feeling unproductive and frustrated. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Then in my frustration I would go for a walk, grab a snack and/or check my phone.

Or the most time consuming option…find a friend and have the “meeting after the meeting” to dissect everything that was said and the tone that was used.

By building my resilience, I was able to let go of these time-consuming, energy-draining post-mortems.

No more replaying conversations in my head, no more second-guessing myself. I was able to focus on what really matters, saving me precious hours each week. (If you missed it, I shared more about protecting your time in a previous post.)

What About You?

Think about it. How much time do you think you could save by increasing your resilience? An hour a week? More than an hour?

If you’re curious how building resilience could help you win back time and focus, reach out here and let me know!

Remember, resilience isn’t just about surviving the tough times; it’s about thriving in spite of them. And sometimes, that can be the greatest gift of all.

Always in your corner,

Megan
