I developed the LeadFirst Method because impactful leadership begins with ultimate self-leadership.
I want every leader to lead from their innate confidence, communicate clearly, and create a thriving team culture, all without sacrificing more of themselves. It is possible and requires an openness to learn and grow.

I am a humanist and believe in infinite human potential.
No organization is perfect and I have high expectations for making them as best as possible by developing confidently aligned leaders. Because when everyone is seen, heard and known – we unlock limitless creativity, contribution and innovation.

I am a master of the nuance, relationship building, strategic problem-solving, and empowering others. My deep understanding of complex environments allows me to navigate organizational dynamics and drive meaningful change.

My career has spanned the industries of technology, healthcare, hospitality and higher education. I have a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Georgetown University. I am a certified Lightyear Leadership coach and certified in Enneagram for Personality Types.

How did I get Here?

As a high-achieving empath, I moved up in my career by “reading the room” and working long hours to get it all done. This worked for me until I had children.

It was time for a new way to do things and no one around me in a mission-driven organization could teach me how to be effective without burning out. And the most hurtful part…I was no longer getting promoted.

“What got you here, won’t get you there!” I was on a mission to find a new way to lead, make a positive impact, and live my life. I have created that life and want the same for you!
